Ayurveda (ay-yur-VAY-dah) originated in East India and is considered by some to be the oldest healing science. Your Shirodhara treatment begins by pouring a gentle stream of warm, herb-infused oil onto the third eye (the forehead) to quiet the mind and soothe the senses. The oil is then massaged into hair and scalp and followed by an application of Ayurvedic herbs designed to nourish hair roots and bring calm to the mind. Bindi, meaning “point of origin,” is a rejuvenation therapy meant to exfoliate and detoxify the body while it cleanses and nourishes. The treatment begins with a warm, all-over body masque. Next, we dry brush your skin and apply warm oil to detoxify and increase circulation. You are then wrapped in hot herbal-infused sheets while being given a balancing facial massage. Your treatment culminates in the quiet room with a cup of personalized balancing tea. (1.5 hour) $75.00
The Nirvana combines the Bindi Herbal Body Treatment with the Shirodhara Treatment to create the ultimate bliss package for mind, body and spirit. The ultimate in rejuvenation therapies. This experience surpasses them all! (1.5 hour) $160.00

By using specific high quality essential oils and light manipulations, this treatment will bring the body into balance while clearing and realigning the energy centers. Treatment lasts approx. 55 minutes, but the oils will continue to work in the body for up to 5-7 days. $85.00
Massage for body, mind and spirit. This experience begins with a personal selection among essential oils. Treatment consists of classic Swedish massage movements and assisted stretching.
